At Dr. Orozco's Living Chiropractic Wellness Center, we don't think of exercise as doing a 100 sit-ups or training at the gym for hours. It's not just for people who need to lose weight either. We want to help you find a form of physical activity you enjoy because exercise is a key component to getting your whole system (mind-body-spirit connection) functioning optimally. It is one of the best things you can do to reduce and manage stress. We'll work together to find something that's appropriate for your level and that you enjoy.

To get you started on increased body awareness, we offer the following classes:

  • Strength and Stretch
  • Yoga
  • Pilates
  • Jazzercise
  • Personal training is available upon request
